She was preceded in death by her father, William Arthur Hopper, and mother, Anna L. Foster Hopper.

Survivors: Son, Willye Carney; grandson, James Carney of Fort Worth; sisters, Judith Brill and husband, Jim, of Arlington, Wash., Julia Rogers and husband, Clarence, of Anacortes, Wash.; brothers, Carroll Hopper of Kirksville, Mo., and Curtis Hopper of Madison, Wis.
